Here in Southern AZ Apple uses them all the time for accessories. THEY ARE TERRIBLE and have NEVER made a projected date once in the 4 or 5 times Apple has used them to ship to me over the last few years. Their (D-IT) website is useless.

It gets worse - on their website they list an 877 #. If you call it you will get a recorded message that says use the tracking number on the website , if you don't have one call the shipper. This repeats twice then disconnects the call!

Mine still out for delivery 2 days straight. This is probably the weirdest Apple logistic that I have seen in 5y+

I called Apple about my MIA Deliver-IT order, and they cancelled the order and shipped me another Apple TV to be delivered tomorrow.

Mine finally arrived, via USPO carrier, right at 8 PM last night. I’m sending it right back to Apple since I bought one at Best Buy.

Moved my Apple TV 4K 2017 from the living room to the bedroom, where it replaced an Apple TV HD 2015.
Feels much snappier.

Today DHL will deliver my new Apple TV 4k 2022, which will be placed in the living room.
Can't wait to see if it's feels any different from the 2017 one.

Strange question; I got my Apple TV today and everything is perfect except that the box is slightly damaged? The corners of the box are like, err, "pushed in". Would you return for another or as the contents of the box are 100%, just keep as "it's only the box"?

I think the ATV is pretty sturdy and it would take a lot to damage it. I would just open it up and see if it looks like the outer case is damaged, and if not, keep it.

Yeah, the inside of the box is fine, it's just the outer corners. The ATV is not damaged and works fine. I was just thinking of when I sell in a few years. I always keep the boxes. I should just forget about it really. Just being a bit OCD I guess.
