Apple TV 4k auto turn on

Hi folks,

I currently have a Apple TV 4k plugged into my AV receiver, but every time I turn this or my TV on, Apple TV switches itself on.

Is anyone aware of a way this can be disabled on the apple tv. It very frustrating currently, as the rest of my setup works seamlessly with HDMI-control, except the Apple TV.

I think the only way is to turn HDMI control off as there's no setting in Apple TV Settings for HDMI Comtrol.
