I just purchased the 4K Apple TV and couldn't be more excited. Im going to be using this not only at my own house but when i travel and am trying to find a case that isnt too big but can fit the device, HDMI cable, and charger all in one. Ive tried looking up some cases but not sure how everything will fit.

Does anyone have a case they recommend? Please post some pictures with everything in the case and your opinion on it!

While there might actually be such a product out there, this is all pretty little stuff. Conceptually any old travel pouch, ladies purse or maybe a small tool bag might do. Possibly even a rubbermaid or tupperware container with a little bubble wrap or bubble bag for some padding.

Spent many a night in hotels for work. I used to use a neoprene computer notebook bag (wetsuit material) for books. They could take quite large books and afforded reasonable protection in a stuff bag. That should take it.

But what level of protection? I used the above case as it would go in my bag. Various drugs (medical, honest) in a large sandwich case that would also go in a stuff bag.

If you want to carry then there are many smaller more robust cases with foam cut outs you can customise but that means extra bags for carrying to the hotel and in the van etc. Peli are about tops but cost and many similar out there. Think that would be OTT though.

Personally I would try the neoprene zipped bag unless your travel bag is going to get flattened somehow. My bag was to a van then to a hotel etc. Not on flights.

I travel with mine all the time. First thing is get a case for the remote, its easy to lose without one and it could use the protection during traveling.

All the bits just fit in a quart size (medium) Zip Lock bag and then I put that Zip Lock in a gallon size (large) Zip Lock.

The bag inside a bag give the ATV some protection in your suitcase and you can also see if you have everything actually in the bag.

I also bought a spare power cable and a spare remote so if I lose one or the other I am not out of business... A bit over the top but...

I just want a bag that offers protection and isn’t big. I wanna be able to throw everything into a bag and have that bag fit in my gym school bag. I’m thinking about looking into a Nintendo DS XL bag.
