Apple TV 4K Not Turning On (Blinking White Light)

hi, so this morning when i wantto turn on my APple TV 4K , it doesnt shows anything on the screen,
and the white led indicator on the apple TV stays blinking all the time.
i've browse the net and do all suggestions, plugging out all the cable and wait for 30 second (i even leave plugging out for more than 24hours) , press the home and menu button at the same time for 10 sec,
press menu and volume down, etc
but still it wont turn on.
it always shows the blinking led light indicator whenever i plugged in the power.
can anybody help me ?
there's no Apple Store in My country, i bought this sets from overseas.

Could it be updating its firmware? What if you leave it plugged in and connected to network for a while?

You might have to connect it to iTunes and restore it.

Even if there is no apple store in your country (just like in my country), you might have an authorised service center.

I've read that, due to no USB C, Apple will restore it even if it's out of warranty.

I’d contact Apple since that model lacks a port for connecting to iTunes.
