Apple TV 4K or SD?

If I order a film in SD does it come in HD if same price? I switched between SD and HD today as some films are cheaper that way. If the film is same price HD and 4K do you automatically get the 4k one?
 
If you buy SD all you get is SD, you get no iTunes Extras, no HD and no 4k upgrades.
