Apple TV 4k os 14.3 system settings crash

My Apple TV 4k running TVOS 14.3 when i open settings and navigate to Audio & Visual it just closes and sends me back to the icon page.

anyone else experiencing this issue.

Its connected to a Panasonic HZ1000 2020 4k oled.

I also have a Pioneer VSX-922 connected via arc to the HZ1000 and the apple tv stopped outputting Dolby 5.1 and I just get stereo now. I want to check the AV settings on the apple TV but can't as the settings app keeps crashing

If that doesn't work, kill your apps, power cycle again.

try with the amplifier unplugged from the TV, you could also try a different port on the TV, new HDMI cable, or connect to a different TV/Monitor

maybe the aTV is attempting some sort of handshaking in the background when you launch that screen that's causing it to crash.

i had this same issue a few weeks back. I was on a beta build of 14.3. I also could not open control center. After I updated the software on my HomePod mini I was able to access Control Center and the Video / Audio settings again on the Apple TV 4K.

it just started working properly yesterday, it was already running 14.3 and said it was uptodate. Software version has not changed. last week i had told it to try the beta updates but there where none availble by software update, it is now offering me 14.4 which i declined as things are now working with 14.3.

Update 14.3 has screwed my movie file sharing on my ATV4K. I have 2 of these actually, and one did not update and is still on 14.2 and everything is fine. Considering I have no way to roll back the bad updated unit I hope the next update corrects the issue. Symptoms are Home sharing seems to lag and can’t load a menu quickly or file properly if at all.
