apple tv 4k with sdr tv

we're getting an Apple TV and I'm trying to wrap my head around a few things so I don't spend to much time fussing around.

I have an non-hdr 4k television. does it make sense to disable HDR, set format to 4k SDR and turn off match content?

also what about chroma setting?

Just set it to a 4K SDR resolution and make sure Match Dynamic Range is turned off, Match Frame Rate being on is fine.
I wouldn’t worry too much about Chroma, just leave it on 4:2:0.
