Apple TV 4K won’t download any app.

Hi, i have a problem. Apple TV wont download any app. Just spinning. Restart didn’t help. What can I do?

1. Disconnect and reconnect to wifi
2. Sign out of iCloud and back in.
3. Restart the AppleTV
4. Restart the router
5. Are you in the same country as your AppleID? It could be a region problem.
