there is a product out there called "aTV Flash" by FireCore.
I have used their products before on a 1st gen AppleTV and it worked great.
Not sure about support for 6.0, but it might be worth a shut to contact them and see if they can help you

Can't yet.

The latest Seasonpass works with 5.2, untethered. It works with 5.3, tethered (firmware version 5.3 = iOS version 6.1.4, I think. But the latest firmware version for Apple TV is 6.0.1, which I think is iOS version 7)

No jailbreak for firmware update 6.0 yet.
(for clarification, see here for what Apple calls the "software updates", which are offset from the iOS version)

Your next question will be if you can somehow downgrade from 6.0 to 5.2 or 5.3. I don't know the answer to that.
