Just wanna knowing the 4G iPod Touch is compatible with Apple TV? I am interested in Airplaying video to ATV? 😕

AirPlay yes, airplay mirroring no. Mirroring requires an A5 which is only found in the iPod touch 5g (as well as ipad2+, iPhone 4S+)
