Apple TV / Airport Express

I'm toying with the idea of getting an Apple TV. I've got a B&W Zeppelin, which i want to stream my music to. I'm not too keen on leaving my MacBook on all the time so my question is this..

Does the ATV sync my Mac's iTunes library, and will an Airport Express stream the music from my ATV to my speakers?

yes and yes.

The AppleTV will store all the music / movies from your mac on its hard drive and you can then play that to an Airport Express - If you have an iPhone or iPod touch, you can even use it to control the AppleTV

I don't think people grasp how cool your life becomes with an AirPort Express powered by an iPhone/iPod Touch w/Remote app.

My wife and I use ours all the time.
