Apple TV, and iCloud music

I like to play my music on my home theatre through my Apple TV. The music app finds my iCloud library, but songs are missing or playlist are missing songs. I have tried updating my iCloud library with my Mac iTunes program but iCloud seems to keep deleting various songs. Any ideas? I am a subscriber to Match but not to Apple Music.
