Apple TV and Photos

Having previously used Aperture to view my Photo's through the Apple TV via Home Sharing, I moved my collection over to Photo's. Previously if I added or made any changes to my Photos in Aperture this was almost instantly reflected on Apple TV (I suspect the same was true of iPhoto).

Not so with Photos, I left it two days and none of the new photos I added or changes came through. To get it to work I had to turn off Home Sharing in iTunes and then turn on again.

This feels like a backward step, unless someone knows a better work around to fix the issue?

Same here...

I experienced what you described with both recent versions of iPhoto as well as the new Photos. Typically exiting iTunes and restarting it worked pretty consistently for me.

I'd like to think this would be fixed in an update somewhere down the line, I'm amazed it wasn't picked up during the public beta test.
