Time to time the cover art tabs change for my library of movies. Curiously, “The Hangover (2009)” which I’ve purchased through Apple/iTunes and has upgraded to a 4K eligible title has updated it’s cover tab to the title being in another language (Russian equivalent). I’m just wondering if anyone else has seen this? I live in the USA and find this fairly odd.

Yes, the cover pictures change frequently on my movies. I've noticed quite a few with foreign languages on them as well. Not sure why/when it happens.

Same here, several of are showing with German language titles/names on the cover art. Funniest to me is the classic 50’s sci-fi movie “The Thing From Another World”, but it now is labeled as “Das Ding”. LOL.

Similar on “The Time Machine” from the 60’s. Thankfully it hasn’t changed the language of the audio for the movies. That would be a hoot!

There are several topics about this on macrumors.
I, personally have been in contact with Apple support since 3 months and they haven’t been able to fix it entirely.
Btw. my copy of „Hangover“ has just changed back to „english“ after being „russian“ for a long time

Just like when cover art changes in Apple music too.. This is what Apple does when they say "Think different"

(...Well.. it defiantly is different.)
