So, I work at a local a venue that is being rented out. We are supposed to provide lighting and AV support to them but the center only is allowing me to do both. This wouldn't be a problem if we didn't have a lighting show that needs to be controlled and an AV system that is downstairs from the light board. We have apple TV on the av system but I have ignored its potential but I believe I can enable something on my computer (mac) to control the AV show (pictures, videos and music) remotely. How would I do that with APPLE TV without having my computer screen be up and people seeing what was on it (during transitions)

Thank you!

One option would be to create an iCloud PhotoStream and have it play a slideshow from a selected folder. Alternatively, any media could be streamed from, say, an iPhone if you put it on there and then AirPlay it.
