Just wondering if anyone else has their Apple TV connected via a further video device than straight to output (TV,projector).
We use a Sony HDD for TV signal straight to a projector and I've recently added the Apple TV. I'm trying to input the Apple to the Sony and let that be the choice of channel/input rather than having yet another cable up to the projector which is a few metres away.
Any one got any other similar configs with ideas?
I go from the component on the ATV to a SCART in on the Sony and then just select the Sony's input and go HDMI from Sony to projector, seems to work fine if a little fiddly,
