Apple TV constantly buffering

Anyone noticed any buffering (like every five minutes it'll freeze) since the recent Apple TV update? Especially with Netflix?
 
The only time i get buffering is when theres not enough bandwidth - this is why i moved away from WiFi - stream 3 HD movies just sucks all the juice.

Have you checked your broadband?

Yeah, still getting good speeds. It's only started happening since I updated it the other day. It affects stuff played from my iTunes library too.
