Thanks, Dylan!

It doesn't help the global branding, and it further dilutes the complexity of the Apple TV (app) on the Apple TV (device) with Apple TV+ (subscription), where you can buy or rent more movies via Apple TV (storefront).

For European users, it's even more concerning. With news like this, I never know what to expect.

In the initial news, you mentioned it was just for the US, but now, there is nothing in the news suggesting just that.

These are all Tubi or Freevee tier movies. Good movies by and large, but not moving the needle on this service.

So it’s following the exact same business model as Amazon and Netflix then. A few cool movies in that list though.
But it is a very limited list, it is not the jewel in Apples crown, that is the shows they make like Slow Horses, and I e enjoyed a few of their films too.

I’m not sure what the purpose of making these movies temporarily available really is. I (and suspect many others) have already seen the movies in the list that I might have had any interest in. Same applied to the last list of AppleTV+ movies MR published. I don’t see this tipping the scales in favor of ATV+ for a significant number of people.

Same list of movies the local cable provider has in the lineup for the month rotation. Seems like there is method to the madness (in the US)

In America. Add it to your headline. You’re a minority.
What is the rest of the world you speak of? Heck my US friends want to do stuff via Venmo all the time and can't wrap their head around the fact we don't have Venmo in Europe, like it means we're still using seashells for currency.
