For All Mankind has really fallen off. This season of Monarch was also brutal.

But Your Friends & Neighbors season 2 has been excellent, and Widow's Bay is off to a great start. I'm also really enjoying Margo's Got Money Problems.
Yep F&N season 2 is awesome. The acting, writing, cinematography.

I'm excited for Silo. I'm debating if I want to continue with Ted Lasso. I thought Season 3 ended that story pretty well.

I'm even more interested in that Star City show that I think airs after For All Mankind ends it's season. I've been loving FAM this season and Star City looks interesting.

Apple TV really is worth the investment, with Friday Night Baseball and quality shows. It's something I think I will keep every year. I just know Ads are inevitable, but I will try to stay ad free if I can.

Too late? What are you talking about? Apple TV's series and movies have been *consistently* high quality right from the start. I've only watched a fraction of them and with very few exceptions I've absolutely loved them all.
consistently mediocre - well produced, boringfest of nothingness

What is the actual cost of an AppleTV+ annual subscription? This piece says $129/year, while I just received an e-mail from Apple saying my annual subscription was about to renew in a month at a cost of $99.

I think Apple TV probably has the highest concentration of very good shows

what they don't have is the sheer volume of the other steamers so hard to justify keeping a year round subscription

it goes without saying that "mediocre" and "boring fest of nothingness" are completely subjective here

others may feel the same way about whatever it is that you like to watch

For All Mankind is pretty good. But they could use some help in the prop department LOL. And I’m watching it not on Apple TV.
yah it was good, the later seasons kinda lost steam imho. I love the 60s setting but the future setting I could do without. I do look forward to the reboot showing the soviet side of the story. I am subbing when that starts at the end of for all mankind.

I received the same email. Maybe new subscribers pay $129 and returning still get it for $99?

The third season of "Ted Lasso" was released in 2023, so there has been a long wait for a fourth season. The series has won several major awards since it debuted in 2020, with its overall positive tone making it a popular comfort show.
We need Ted Lasso-should-have-ended-after-season-3 reaction emojis.

Fine with me that the show is continuing. New story has potential.

I wasn’t talking about the feels, they had very few shows that charted.
and the feels correlate with that. apple tv shows are whelming.
