Ever since the last update, my Apple TV HD won’t turn on using the remote. I need to unplug it and plug it back in. Oddly the remote works once it is on. its not a remote issue as I’ve tried with another Apple TV remote as well as my receiver remote (which had been working with it). I’ve restored/reinstalled software to no avail. Any ideas?

Use the “home” key. That’s the new default key.
How the F are we supposed to know that, Apple? I’ve been searching for a week with no luck (yet another instance of “changing a major function without adequate documentation”). Thanks for quick reply

Indeed. Took me a few days to find that. Also A Good Thing - g/f no longer switches on the TV in the bedroom by brushing the remote touchpad whilst reaching for a drink of water. :D
