Apple TV: How to continuously play shows?

Seems like this would be the most basic function of any media device but I can not figure it out on the ATV.

How can I set it to play without me individually starting a new episode after one has ended?

I don't believe this is possible for iTunes purchases, if that is what you are asking about. It should work for Hulu and Netflix though.
