Apple TV Music playlists

On Apple TV in the Music app, is there a way to sync playlists from your Library on other devices? Is there even a way to create playlists there? It almost seems like that functionality is broken.

I suppose all the focus is on Apple Music, but I just have a larger library and don't need to stream the same stuff and pay a subscription for what I already own, but I'll stop grumbling.

Build your playlists in iTunes. Then use the Computers app to access Music and they should be there.

In general, Computers (app) is for stuff you own. Dedicated apps like Music, etc are all about promoting/using subscriptions and/or selling you more stuff.
