Apple TV netflix

I'm thinking of buying an apple tv to use in my dorm, I do not have a credit card, and do not want to use my debit card to pay for netflix (if you even can). I've heard you can pay with netflix on apple tv by using itunes cards, is that true? I do not have a credit card tied to my apple id, and will not be adding one. So can I pay with netflix with itunes cards?...

Thank you, so I can if I open a new account. I still don't understand what happens if you are signed up for say 3 months, and when the time is up you don't have any money in your account, then what?

No money no subscription. pretty easy

I believe if it can't be renewed, your account will be suspended and you can reactivate it when you have the money.

You can pay for Netflix with an iTunes gift card account, as a bonus they can often be found on sale for a 20% discount.
