Hey gang,
I don't know why my Apple TV isn't playing my movie when I send it to Airplay. It keeps saying "an error occurred loading this content - try again later"
I've played movies from my laptop and send it to my apple tv without any problems and now that I sold my laptop I'm using my desktop.
Model: A1469
Software: 7.2.2
Resolution: 1080HD -60Hz

I'm sending it from my iMac desktop. It looks as if it's gonna turn on when that spinning wheel comes on but then that sign pops up. I'll try rebooting my router and see what happens.

as strange as it may sound, try rebooting your router
if that doesn't work, try rebooting your other network gear

And reboot that computer.

And unplug, wait about 60 seconds and then plug the :apple:TV in.

Basically reboot everything in the chain.

Also, if your movies are stored on an external drive, be sure it is turned on and plugged into your Mac (if you try to play a movie in iTunes, does it play?). If it is turned on & plugged in, eject, turn off, unplug, wait 30 second, turn on and reboot the computer. Try playing a movie in iTunes on the computer. If it starts, head for :apple:TV and see if it plays there.
