Apple TV notify maximum reach?

I just went from sleep and got a message with error 60 saying I have reduce my programs! I unplugged Apple TV for a hour and plugged it back in me it seems to fix it.

How do you go about reducing the number of programs inside the Apple TV?

Apple TV should not tell the viewer with a warning! I think it maybe the Directvnow app that is going wacky and cause this message. I did channel surf around 10 channels before I put it on sleep. I will just stick with one channel for now until there is a new update for Directvnow.
