Just bought an AppleTV to take with us to Germany for the next few years. The power plug doesn't show voltage inputs and the owners manual does 't mention it either. I know everything else Apple we have works with dual voltages. Do you know if the AppleTV can be plugged into 220V?

I found this on the Apple Store site.

Do I need a converter for the Apple TV to go from 110v to 220v?

No. Apple power supplies are rates 100VAC to 240VAC. You want to look for the proper power cord to prevent having to use a bulky plug adapter. I suggest calling Apple at the 1-800-My-Apple to order a power cord for the country you plan on using the device in. Something to consider is other countries that use 220VAC also use PAL instead of the US's NTSC.

Yes, it's got a universal power supply, meaning it will work on any input voltage from 100-240 volt @ 50-60Hz. It tells you this in very small writing on the bottom of the ATV. All you need to supply is a power cable with the correct plug for the country you're in.

Just an update those who look for a solid up-to-date response regarding Apple TV 4K (2021). See the backplate imprint pic attached
