Apple TV Refresh to Be Stealth Update, Will Not Affect Product Features

Does anyone know when this new model (A1469?) will be available for purchase? Any ideas when the next major upgrade will be?

Well, my 720p AppleTV crashes so much since the last software update that I might have to buy a new one anyway, even before the new models hit shelves.
