How do people find the policy? I think i have been refunded once or twice but more than 50% it’s a no. I bought a film called Dawn of dead it was 1980 one bit 2004 one which isn’t on streaming. So I asked for a refund Amazon no issues. Refund given Apple declined my refund for the film as it was also 1980 and not 2004 one. I know it was my error but I know there’s times genuine mistakes with purchases can be made. Anybody else had better luck?

Never had an issue as long as it’s not been watched and still within refund window, the refund policy however differs from country to country.

Seems they’ll issue a refund for “accidental purchase” once or twice, but unlikely to do it again after that.
