Apple TV & Sony HD TV

Hello,

I just got a APPLE TV (Black) and I plugged it in for the hdmi input in my Sony HD Television and I press on HDMI-1 and nothing happens its just a blank screen.

Any help would be appreciated.

did the led on the front of the ATV come on?

It works now. I used the HDMI input in the back of the TV rather than the sides.

Okay I have made it connect to my wifi, did the homesharing on my MBP and iMac and using remote of the iPad and iPhone 🙂

I can browse my media on both computers but cannot find iTunes store on apple tv ?

Any help ?

Have you gone to settings on the Apple TV and entered your iTunes store ID and password? I assume there is an iTunes store for Kuwait?
