Yet another dozen "USA only" channels added to Siri. Great if you are American, completely useless for anyone else.

Netflix is the only non USA Siri supported channel which is embarrassing.

If Apple doesn't want to add the Siri support, why not open it to 3rd parties like they did on iOS?

This already exists on Freeview Play (the UK's national TV platform) and YouView (a project related to Freeview) where you can universally search the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and Channel 5. On YouView, you can also install apps like Netflix and Now TV (Sky's streaming service) and then universally search them too. Apple just needs to integrate this.


Now TV has exactly this.
