Apple TV V2 - No remotes work....

I have three remotes and none of them work at all anymore.

I have tried to repair them with it, and none of them will pair.

I only get an orange light.

Any ideas or will I have to take it to Apple?

Take it to Apple. Sounds like a software problem.
