Apple TV vs. Boxee Box

Just curious... how would the gurus who frequent this forum compare the Boxee Box (just announced by D-Link) to the Apple TV?

Im willing to bet the boxee box will be able to play more video files and higher res files.

They havent put the specs out there yet right? I think we have to wait to CES tomorrow?
