Apple TV won't see my new router

I recently took delivery of a BT HomeHub 5 and in almost all respects it is very good, however, my Apple TV will not recognise it. The ATV will, however, recognise a Timecapsule that is hard wired to the Home Hub. Whilst this is OK it means that I have to with my wifi to the TimeCapsule when I want to play movies through my ATV - can anyone shed any light on this - could it be that there is a conflict with BT Infinity?

Hiya mate,i have apple tv3 plus a bt home hub 5 and i am able to connect without any problems, i would suggest if you haven't already done this is to refresh your bt home hub 5 wifi and try that.

Thanks Mcvite, my son and I managed to redo the passwords and to ensure that each was seeing the router. It all works now.
