My new ATV stopped connecting via Ethernet so I tried via wifi and still no connection. Tried both of these a couple more times with router restarting and still nothing. Then did a restore on the ATV and now I can't set it up because it can't see a network (wired nor with wifi).

Anyone have any ideas? Is there a way to do a hard reset to factory specs?

Thanks,

Richard

I figured out how to do the rest using iTunes. I will see if it works in the morning.

Anyone else having the connection issue with both wired and wifi?

Since the update i have to reset my apple tv everytime before it can connect to my router( using wireless ac) didnt have a problem before the update. After the reset it works flawlessly till the next time i boot it up.
