Still crashing when attempting to edit contacts...

It happens when going into edit mode on a contact - just after attempting to scroll a bit down. (right back to home-screen every time)

Is this just me having this issue? It seems to happen only to my older contacts - ones I`ve had for ages... like several iPhones old if you like. I have tested giving new contacts the same "intel" but it will not crash no matter what. No relation to picture, sounds, email or other...

Any thoughts?

Is it normal not to be able to sync itunes over wifi?
My mac itunes app does not recognise ipad at all.

Stats: ipad 3, ios7 beta6 with the instructions done properly. Itunes in mac is version 11.0.5 (5)

Any help is much appreciated.

I'm not answering that question, but, if this is your primary phone, beware, beta software is not ready for public consumption, meant for developers (people making apps for it), to help them get their apps working on it, it is buggy, and, if still under warranty, I think you void it by installing. That being said, it's not horribly buggy at this point, but some apps crash on startup, making them unusable. So, idevice at your own risk help us. Have fun!

I am deeply disappointed with the sub-par work produced for the iOS 7 betas. Hopefully, they are enhanced during actual rollout.

1. What is the point of having the "Control Center"? To bring most commonly used features to the users at the least number of interactions! You enable users to enable/disable Bluetooth but you do not let them select the device to connect to! As a result, they have to go back to "Settings" -> "Bluetooth" to select the device. What is the point??? Apparently, this feature has not been throughly thought through. Please do it right the first time, instead of making it a "new feature" in the next iteration of iOS!!!

2. The dock occupies a large portion of the screen (about 1/6 of the screen). We do not need a blurry dock to differentiate the icons in it from the rest? Our beautiful wallpaper is occluded by the awful dock and the page-indicators appeared cluttered above the dock. For goodness sake, let us have control over the dock's transparency with a slider or sort! Satisfy people from both ends. Please do it right the first time, instead of making it a "new feature" in the next iteration of iOS!!!

3. The colour tone of Message and Phone icon appears glaring. Please just reduce the glare by a little, will ya?

Have you gone into settings and made sure your twitter & Facebook are signed in? I recall having to sign in again at some point.

Yeah, I have. I've signed out/in, deleted the apps and reinstalled them again, and nothing. Do they work for you??

yes, they do, I use both apps, and I get notifications from them both. ...Have you checked your settings>notification center settings? ...wait, previous to beta 5, notifications were not predictable, what beta version are you using? ...also, I'm on iPhone 5 A1428/AT&T, which phone are you using?

And when you say you have signed in, you mean here?:

I had to, but, it worked better/faster than previously. (It was messed up in early betas).

I installed iOS 7 Beta 5 for the very first time on iPhone 5 and iPad 4 (no other previous beta), Do I need to install the profile update and do the steps outlined?

I did the itunes update as well 11.0.5. and updated to Beta 6 through software update.

Still no lock sound ..... Haha just seen some iPhone 5 vs samsung s4 review where iPhone 5 get's slated,how the hell is that even a fair review iPhone 5 being a year old and s4 sporting the newer more advanced software surely the iPhone 5 goes fairly against the s3

iOS 7 Beta 6 bugs

1. whatsapp keyboard appearing above text bar
2. some messages appearing small and condensed for some time
3. Facebook chat text bar width is not getting increased even after pressing enter
4. settings crashed once
5. springboard became unresponsive once.
6. music seeks back to the position that was present before locking the device. After unlocking, the songs seeks back to that position. (Fixed)
7. iPad multitasking gestures freeze the device.
8. safari tabs appear coarse and distorted without any edge smoothing
9. Seek bar staying at 0:00 in control centre when playing music from third party apps
10. Birth dates of people are getting shifted backwards by 1 day. While adding a new birthday, date stars from the previous day
11. While opening an app, if you quickly drag your finger from the top to top left corner of the screen, it comes back to home screen with black background and icons wobbling( like the time when uninstalling an app). After a second, it returns back to the app automatically.

Yeah, everything is the same on my phone. I'm on Verizon iPhone 5 iOS 7 beta 6

hmm, I don't know, ...I'm guessing you've power cycled the phone. ...well, for some unknown reason, sometime after beta 2 my safari went from white w/blue progress bar to dark (translucent) w/light progress bar. I recall playing with contrast and invert colors at some point, but changed it back, not sure what happened back there, but it's still like this in beta 6, seems kinda odd.

oh, hey, what about under settings>general>cellular, do you have facebook, twitter, on for cell data there?

..have you checked everything in notification center? maybe you accidentally clicked on an icon at top and switched "alert style" to "none" ...I recall doing something like this.

Same for me. Can't scroll past the URL field in Edit mode without a crash. If I went slowly before, it didn't crash, then I added a couple more Exchange accounts, and that trick fails. Any workaround, as iOS doesn't do a good job of auto detecting duplicates across multiple Exchange accounts?

Only crashing Facebook contacts on my phone. Contacts that I have entered manually seem to scroll through edit mode just fine.
