This gives me a visual fantasy of an iPhone turning into Hulk. I see the beauty in it.

The occasional trend of Apple releasing new color options for existing phones is honestly a bit annoying. Why add that 6 months into the product’s life cycle when most users who were looking to upgrade already have? A look at the general comments about it shows a lot of folks would have rather had that color all along. It kinda sets a bad precedent to wait to upgrade in case you can get a better color option that should have been available all along.

I’ve wanted another green iPhone since the 11 Pro, but I’m sure they’ll phase it out for a new color with the 14. First world problem, for sure, but still.

Would have LOVED this color back in September. Definitely would have chose this over the Sierra Blue.
I didn't even choose Sierra Blue, went with Graphite. The stock photos is all we had with S.B. and I just didn't like the way it looked. It was MUCH nicer seeing it in person though I admit.

If this Alpine Green was a choice in Sept., no question I would have gone with that color.

Not that they probably care, but I at least went to the Apple feedback page and let them know it was a bit of a slap in the face for early adopters to not have that color available at launch, and could potentially deter people from being an early adopter in the future. Even if there is a production issue to blame (white iPhone 4 flashbacks anyone?) you can at least announce it will be available for order “soon.”

Damnit man….I really want that Alpine Pro Max, but here we are midway thru the product cycle. No upgrade available until later this month and it wouldn’t make financial sense anyways. Curse you, Apple.

Tim Cook could come to my front door and tell me it was production issues and I wouldn't believe it lol

This is definitely a way to get some new attention to the iPhone 13 line after buzz has faded a bit and other new flagships have arrived. Crazy enough, it works.

I mean, if history repeats itself, we are just 6 months away from both the iPhone 13 Pro's - alpine green included - being discontinued altogether.

It's a really annoying tactic IMO.

I still prefer my sierra blue 13 pro, but the new green looks really cool.
I can see people upset about that, at least for the pro line all the colors should be available at day one as the pro line is usually discontinued after 12 months, so only 6 months for this new green. It sucks to have bought another model a few months ago if you're a big fan of green.

Nice colour. New colours can boost sales. I would prefer to see all the colours at launch.

Love the color but I already have a 13 pro max in Sierra Blue -.- kinda figured this color would be a thing since the apple watch series 7 has a green variant.

Agreed on wanting them at launch. I can’t see the new color making a significant impact on sales this late in the product cycle though. It seems to just have made a lot of current owners annoyed lol

I think I will buy my next iPhone during the Spring release next time. More fun that way. GOne are the days where I need to have the latest phone release first day.

This trend is reaaaaalllly pissing me off. What I wouldn't do to be able to afford just swapping my Sierra Blue for that beautiful green! I loved my Midnight Green 11 Pro!
