Are these any speed upgrades decent over a late 2012 2.9GHz with 8Gb, fusion drive?

To me it looks like a minor bump from my late 2012 iMac?

I've tried to compare my late 2012 top end 21.5" to the new top end 21.5" both with fusion and all I can see is graphic card bump? Is that all?

Looks to be same CPU? Same memory? Same fusion drive?
Have you even read the first page of this thread, mate? Check it out:

“Inside its ultra-thin aluminum enclosure, the new iMac has the latest Intel processors, faster graphics, next generation 802.11ac Wi-Fi and faster PCIe flash storage.”

More details on the first couple of pages.

No, nothing significant at all. Obviously the latest iMac will be a little quicker & slightly better GPU for gaming, but nothing you would really notice.

Anyone even thinking of upgrading from a Late '12 iMac would be wasting money.

For the most part, upgrading any electronic device after only one year is almost always a waste of money. That doesn't mean there's anything wrong with this update.
