So I received this message when I checked my Upgrade eligibility:

We found an iPhone order for this phone number.

There's an existing order for the phone number you provided. You can only have one upgrade order per phone number at a time.
You'll be able to place additional iPhone orders once you receive and activate this iPhone.

When I login to my AT&T account, I see I qualify for the Next Upgrade, which I plan on using. I'm just wondering why I'm getting this message when I check on Apple's end. Anyone else see this before? The last "order" I placed w/ Apple was during the iPhone 5S pre-order and that has since been in use.

What does your order history say?

I'm having the exact same issue. I have been on the line with apple for the past hour. They can;t figure this out. Where you able to resolve it?

legit question:

Why ask apple if your carrier is the one who sent you the information.... wouldn't you want to call your carrier and ask?

any update info on this? i received similar message.

I had to finally hang up after being on hold with apple for 2 and a half hours.
