iPhone Apple Wallet PayPal settings

I see PayPal is available now as a default form of payment on the iPhone. I usually use screen time permissions to disable this setting. In the future, can I simply log into PayPal and change my default card and all my Apple subscriptions will switch to using those? Thanks
