iPhone 14PM just arrived. Finished setting everything up now I am unable to add my cards to the wallet. All my cards keep saying “card not added. Contact issuer for more information”. Has this happened to anyone else?

Same here. And I already had to restore my new phone once because the apps weren’t loading after full transfer. Trying again now but this time using iCloud backup.

Glad I’m not the only one. Guess we’re all trying to do the same thing at the same time and they’re overloaded. Will try it again tomorrow.

To echo others, I was able to add Apple Card, Amex cards, and Capital One, but adding Chase cards failed.

Perhaps their servers weren't prepared to be inundated today?

I called Chase and the guy I spoke to (of course) said it must be on apple's end. I'm gonna wait until all my apps finish downloading, update to the 16.1 beta, and then try adding my Chase debit card.

Have several Chase cards in my Apple Wallet and all of them failed repeatedly when setting up my new iPhone 14 Pro. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks.
Same problem here. Was on the phone with Chase, and they say no problems, I was able to add another bank card. Seems like specific to Chase

Started another thread before I saw this one. No problem adding Amex, Barclays, Citibank, or Fidelity, but all Chase credit and debit cards have failed repeatedly, both in Apple Wallet and if trying to add via the Chase app.

Just got done updating my 14 Pro and it's not letting me re-add some of my cards. Some got added, but I had to re-add others. It even kicked one of my cards out and I had to re-add it back. My Amazon card won't get activated. Call Amazon and they told me it's on Apple's side.

No issues here. All my cards added in fine.
