Hi.

I heard that when a product has to be repaired 3 times within its warranty period, then the company is forced to replace it.

Is this true, and does it apply to the UK?

I believe it is three times for the same problem. I've only known it to happen a few times. It is called a Lemon Law, it also applies to Cars, but I don't know where it applies.
