Apple Watch 1st gen - fall detection?

Hello, can anyone please confirm if the 1st generation SE has fall detection, as well as EKG and heart rate notifications? Thank you!
 
It should have fall detection and heart rate notifications, but no to the EKG functionality (neither SE has had this).
