Charged a few minutes ago for AppleCare and my Ultra, delivery the 23rd.

Sadly my Ultra won't arrive until Oct 24th-31st, hoping it gets moved up a bit but I chose a trail loop so isk how much sooner I would be able to get it, but I think the phone will tie me over til the watch finally arrives

Which band did you get? That was pushing a ton of times out.

going from series 5 titanium to ultra. I hope it’s a noticeable jump. I didn’t think jumping from arrows 7 or 8 were worth it. Glad I kept my 5 for 3 years. That’s a miracle for me.

I bought a SS series 5 at launch. Less than one yr in, I was putting it on over hard wood floors (sports band)….was hurrying and missed securing the peg in the hole (I know…I know….we’ve all been there 😂). Anyway, it fell and hit the Hardwood floor face down. When I picked it up….shattered the sapphire display. No Apple Care. So, sent it off to a place I found that would replace the glass (with x-ion) for $175. Came back perfect…and brighter in direct sun…because x-ion is not as reflective as the Sapphire.

Well, 3 weeks later was playing golf, I hit a good drive….twirled the driver in my hand after hitting it and let it drop in my hand as I twriled it. The head of the driver smashed into the watch face (shattered it). That watch was cursed! Long story short (too late🙂….. If I’d never shattered the face of my S5 I would have kept it as long as you did!!

Yep, mine is pushed to 10/20-27… cause of the trail band. Sheesh Tim Cook! How could the band delay the Ultra watch so much!
