Apple watch 3 is charging about 3-4 minutes, than stop charge. I
disconnected and put back on charge. charging starts
someone faced such a problem?

What is your battery level when you start the charging device? Try powering the Apple Watch off and then power it back on, then try to charge it again and see what happens.

Do you have another charger you could try it with or a friend's that you could borrow?
Might be the cable and not the watch itself.
