It's an old line but...."It's a beta!!"
2.2 beta 4 and 9.3 beta 4 are working perfectly for me. All notifications, no duplicates. Not sure what is going on with you that you just want to diss the watch. Either don't use ANY betas, or except and don't winge.

It's not about this one issue.

Repairing does work if you're on the watchOS beta.

If you're not, it seems there's no workaround apart from rolling back to an earlier 9.3 beta.

My messages come to AW and then to iPhone. Normally (as you all know) the phone will stay silent. Strange part is my watch notification will come upwards of 10 seconds before the iPhone

i notice this too. its almost like the notification is working right, but nope....phone dings soon after.

Guess will have to wait till final 9.3
Beta 5 fixes the problem , also , I ve noticed that in beta 2 and 3 , specially 3 the sound of the WATCH when notifying was louder and clearer than ever , Beta 5 is back to the original level . I did like the louder sound and more noticeable haptic vibration .

SOOO nice to have my watch back again. It was like I didn't have its full functionality and having to constantly pull out my iPhone for MLB and NHL alerts was annoying since I own and wear the watch.
