Is there a difference between the aluminium and the stainsless steel version of the glass on this year series 4? I am asking you this because last year there was a difference but this year models come with the ceramic back so I am assuming that the protective glass of the display will also be the safire one on both version aluminium and stainless steel. Thank you!

nope its just like last year. Ion glass ont he alum one and Safire on the SS models

You sure about that? In my country there is only the poainility to order the aluminum one.. is the safire glass on the ss better? For scratch resistance? What about for the image quality which one is the best? Thank you!

Image quality?

The Sport or Aluminum models come with the ion glass, the stainless watches use the sapphire screens

The difference is the durability between the sapphire and Ion-X Glass on the Sport model. The sapphire is much more resistant to scuffs and scratches.
