Apple watch 4/ios 7

is it just me but since 2 days ago the watch wouldn't charge for 2 days, than last night it finally charged. Now the watch is draining super fast, by 10am i needed to recharge, as before it would last me 2 days. Anyone else? is there a way i can hard reboot?

im talking about the watch. i don't know what the ios for the watch is called.

EDIT: thanks akash.nu i didn't realise i wrote phone instead of watch. 🙁
