Apple Watch 4 reception

Yes. The best. Worlds better than series 3, iPhone X, the NEXT iPhone, Note 9 and Note 10, AND the next galaxy. Where phones cannot get a signal, the Apple Watch will scream high atop the mountain tops with full signal.
No clue. And doubt anyone else does. There is one member who ‘claims’ to have seen an Apple Watch series 4. So maybe they know.

As cwanja said, there is no way to know. Having said that, there are some limitations that will always be inherent to a watch, namely the size and being up against your wrist. I suspect a watch will never compete with a phone for reception and will always be a bit of an issue.
Why do we get these questions when nobody but Apple know the answer? Sure, we can guess, but what's the point in that when we'll actually find out in less than a month.
I have heard that it will have a detachable cable with a 2ft retractable antenna that you feed up your arm under your sleeve and then clip it to your baseball cap to get great reception
Due to it's size the AW will never get the best or reception.

A "MAGA" cap included.
The AW will be modified to provide bone conduction instead of using the speaker. Thus, each call will be clear and crisp, as it will sound as if emanating from your skeleton.
