AI had a fault with my AW 5 not alerting me with the Haptics as it did before I put the latest update on. Apple, when I phoned them ran some Diagnostics on it and said I needed it repaired. I sent the watch in and received an email from them saying that they couldn't process it. In the meantime, I have been wearing my AW4 without a problem and the reason it couldn't be processed is they said nothing was wrong with it. Since wearing my AW4 I have noticed there's not as much storage on it as the AW5 so I'm wondering if they're correct whether its a software issue and the software causing the issue is not on the AW4. so my question is how do I delete the software that not on the AW4 to find out.

Yes but the apps I want to delete have been uninstalled NOT deleted from the watch

Seriously you need to be far more descriptive in your post. I think we are all confused. And don’t forget the AW5 has double the storage of the AW4 IIRC

Give an example about an app you are trying to delete from the AW4 and list each step you're taking to try and delete it. That would be a good starting point.
