Scratches appeared on my apple watch 6, I know it's my fault.
Is there any polishing paste or should I buy a protective glass and install it?

Unfortunately you can't remove such deep scratches. I don't know if so called Liquid glass screen protector which sells through Amazon can hide such scratches.

I don't think you can get rid of the scratches but I would start using a screen protector immediately. I have the Apple Watch Series 6 44mm. This is what I use and am very happy with. Wife also uses them on her series 6 40mm.

I actually like the Zagg Invisible Shield thin flexible plastic screen protectors. I forget that I have one on. Like others said, no removing the scratches, however a screen protector may make them less noticeable
